SPRAOI, derived from the Irish word for "play," captures the essence of joy and creativity. The vibrant and artful appliqué design on this travel bag beautifully reflects its playful spirit. Perfectly suited for fun-filled weekends away, SPRAOI is your ideal companion for exploring charming destinations.
Constructed from antique cotton velvets, dead-stock satins, and reclaimed 1950s cotton cord, this sustainably made piece will turn heads with it's graphic lines and distinctive colour combination. Features our signature appliqué and a rich satin lining
SPRAOI is the perfect bag for day-tripping or a weekend away. It's foldable if you want to pack it in a larger case, and contains a removable solid base which helps keep the shape when wearing.
All of our products are designed and produced by a small team in Co. Donegal, on the North west coast of Ireland and are limited edition.
Each piece is beautifully boxed and packaged and comes with a heavy cotton dust-bag, perfect for using inside to protect your silk linings. Dust-bags are also hand-made here at the studio using dead-stock cotton.

- Outer shell: Cotton velvet (Antique repurposed materials from garments and textiles.
- Cotton blend velvet appliqué (repurposed from upholstery fabrics).
- 1950's Cotton Cord appliqué (re-purposed from vintage garments).
- Lining: Satin rayon (deadstock vintage).
- Dust-bag / Packaging: 100% Cotton (Dead-stock)
- Fastens with a zipper.
- Large internal pocket.
REUSE & RECREATE: The textiles we use in our collections come from a range of sources which aim to reduce our environmental impact. We primarily use vintage and antique textiles. We also utilise salvaged and remnant fabrics from the fashion and interiors industry. As well as dead-stock fabrics for lining.
As such, there may be small imperfections or blemishes in the fabric. We believe this is part of the appeal of buying a unique, handcrafted product, and we celebrate the idiosyncrasies.
CARE DETAILS: We recommend dry cleaning on all of our products.
Avoid Overloading: Do not fill your bags beyond their capacity. This can strain the seams and straps. Our velvet totes are great for clothing and overnight or everyday essentials.
