We have two separate shipping rates depending on your product: Bag or Hair Accessory.

BAGS:

Within Ireland: Є6 for tracked delivery.
UK: Є16 for tracked delivery.
EU: Є18 for tracked delivery.
Rest of the World: Є22 for tracked delivery.
USA: Є24 for tracked delivery.

LIGHTWEIGHT HAIR ACCESSORIES:

Within Ireland: Free
UK: Є7 for tracked delivery.
EU: Є12 for tracked delivery.
Rest of the world: Є18 for tracked delivery.

We aim to pack and ship your parcels within 3-5 days of purchase. If you would like your piece more urgently, just get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Some of our items are made to order. This is clearly noted on the product listing. Made to Order pieces are constructed within 10-14 days of purchase and shipped immediately afterwards.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes to non EU countries. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be as it varies from country to country.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

Within Ireland: 3 to 5 working days
Ireland to Europe: 5 to 7 working days
Ireland to the rest of the World: 5 to 10 working days depending on your countries customs procedures & postal service delivery times.
