Returns Policy

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: 

We are all about considered buying here at Noble Daughters, and it is important you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange any goods returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please contact us by email at info@nobledaughters.com to request a refund. 

- Only items returned to us in their original condition can be refunded.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, and it is always best to send via a tracked method and retain the proof of postage. 

- Sadly we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to us or for any international duties and taxes. 

- Any returned orders from outside Europe need to be marked: "Returned Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that no taxes are levied. 

- Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please allow up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed to your method of payment for the purchase price, once we have received your return.
